Improvement Suggestion For Fresh

Hi Noam,

I’ve been exploring Fresh and I really like what you’ve built — especially how clean and fast the CLI feels.

While browsing through the site and the tool, I noticed a few areas where I could help improve and polish things (UI/UX, website structure, docs, etc.). I’m a developer who works with modern frameworks, and I think I can add real value to the project.

If you're open to it, I’d love to discuss some enhancements and possibly contribute in a more structured/paid way.

I would love that this codebase uses a flake-based tooling with Nix. It would allow for better development experience.

I’ll use this issue to list the improvements I think can help Fresh.
My goal is to contribute useful updates in small, scoped PRs so everything is easy to review — no expectations, just aiming to improve the project where I can.

Here are the first areas I identified:

1. Documentation Enhancements

Better section organization for newcomers

More inline examples for common CLI tasks

Clearer separation between concepts and advanced usage

2. Website / UX Polishing

Improving visual hierarchy to highlight docs, examples, and features

Minor typography + accessibility tweaks

Modernizing some layout spacing and structure

3. Developer Experience Improvements

CLI messages could be slightly more descriptive

A few error flows can be made clearer

Possibly improving onboarding flow for first-time users

If these directions sound good, I can start with one small PR (docs or site polish) so we establish the right direction before going deeper.

Either user docs or help page updates sound great, and/or the error flows (if you can explain what the problem is?)

For the website I'm open to suggestions but at this point prefer to make any changes there myself. What do you propose?
