Wrong numbering for the mesh viewer

Here is a view of the mesh displaying all the nodes supporting the elements. As you can see, they are QUAD9 elements.
On the picture in my original post, you can see that the nodes are badly connected. This is due to an error when transferring the mesh from med to the viewer, the latter not numbering the nodes of a QUAD9 element as in the med convention. This is why I am speaking of a numbering error. This is very common when converting a mesh from a format to another.

Thank you for reporting this bug.
The issue comes from the fact that the mesh is quadratic, with a node located at the center of each face, which is not currently supported on the vtk.js side.

As a workaround, the quadratic mesh can be converted to a linear mesh on the fly.
You can see the corresponding rendering below.

I will push the changes tomorrow, and we will release a new version shortly after.

In the end, I found a slightly less radical solution.
For the connectivity, I only keep the linear nodes of the elements, but for the node groups I keep all nodes. As a result, the quadratic nodes that belong to node groups are correctly displayed in the visualization.
