Add restart policy

Shall we give the option to set the restart policy of the container ?

docker run -dit --restart unless-stopped $(docker ps -qa)

we will also have to set the entrypoint to init.sh in addition to this ;) Or start condor and cron daemons somehow with bolt

I will puppetize something to automate this, but that would be in the next core release.

Related to the containers not the services

docker update --restart unless-stopped HTCondor-Worker_wn60_25.cat.cbpf.br

Create a systemctl service called simple. It should run init.sh on container bootup (from 2nd time onward, which can be detected through a temp file)
