Make new functions related to climatology #18

It seems like https://github.com/simonscmap/pycmap/blob/374d63b2d2c77b1efc824c98dc74d3dce84cdb52/docs/Index.ipynb has a few new things: (1) matchCruise, and (2) Climatology, and (3) Three "Data Subset" things. We can make R functions for these in cmap4r .
