This is a collection of ideas and plans for future features.
- Take pre-existing alignments from other packages (pwalign, ...) as input
- Implement msa without subject sequence by using consensus as subject
- Generalize the plot input table into a format that is easier to create manually to allow for alignment plots beyond the anticipated use cases
