Goal: Make latency analysis visible and easy for sales, DevEx, and customers. (Docs deliverable only — URL/reverse-proxy infra is tracked separately with Chris C.)

Tasks

• Create a public-facing writeup that explains:
  • What the tool measures
  • How to interpret results
  • Why latency matters for AI voice
  • How SignalWire helps reduce latency
• Link it from AI docs and demos
• Connect it with post-prompt telemetry examples

Dependencies (not docs-owned)

• URL strategy decision: signalwire.com/latency_checker (preferred) vs latency-checker.signalwire.com
• Reverse-proxy coordination with Chris C if using the path-based URL

Priority: High.
