Goal: Use the post-prompt viewer as a serious debugging and observability tool for AI agents.

Tasks

• Review signalwire/post_prompt_viewer
• Document what it shows:
  • transcript
  • telemetry
  • recording-derived latency
  • field analysis
• Add setup instructions
• Add a "how to debug an AI Agent conversation" guide
• Tie it to the enriched call log work
• Create screenshots / demo video
• Add it to the AI demos section

Priority: High.
