Clarification of the node reward calculation?

At https://docs.getsession.org/session-network/staking/staking-reward-pool#network-reward-rate when you search for "0.151", there are 2 occurrences. Each has different "suffix" in parenthesis:
0.151(StakingRewardPool)
0.151(40,000,000)​

I would better understand it if both are the same, for example:

0.151 x (StakingRewardPool)

while providing a hyperlink (maybe an anchor to same page text starting "An additional 23,177,550 SESH") or a tooltip explaining how a layman can discover the current amount. For example Session app shows reward pool under "Session network" menu entry, wondering about other sources for current number).
