[Feature] Add SOCKS proxy support (Tor via Orbot) for clearnet connections

What feature would you like?

Various components of the app such as link previews and the GIFs feature can leak the IP address. I would like to see support for a SOCKS proxy via Orbot (TOR) for any clearnet connections not routed through the Session onion routing while the Session onion routing may still be independent as usual.

This would also helpful for censorship circumvention such as for this feature request: #1679
