Rename project to Open Workflow Language

What would you like to be added?

Rename to CNCF Workflow Specification Open Workflow Language because the spec now spans far beyond serverless, and the old name limits perception and adoption.

Please assess the plan here. EDIT: the plan still holds, but the name has been reassessed because of legal issues. The new name is supposed to be Open Workflow Language.

Proposal(s):

I intend to send a PR rebranding our files in these repos:

• https://github.com/serverlessworkflow/catalog
• https://github.com/serverlessworkflow/serverlessworkflow.github.io

SDK's authors are encouraged to maintain API backward compatibility, so we don't hurt users and our community by renaming packages.

If authors decide to rename, they are encouraged to release a new major version to avoid integration problems and let users migrate smoothly.

@geomagilles we've already reached a consensus on Slack, this is just to document it and have a task on the plate. I'll work on it this month.
