Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I sometimes forget that we can upgrade crests. This leads me to missing possible upgrades.
Since the upgrade cost was reduced to 45 this is happening even more often.

Describe the solution you'd like
Raidbots should calculate how many crests of higher quality can be bought with crests of lower quality. That number should be added to the actual count of owned crests so that more upgrade options can be simmed.

Multi-step upgrades should also be considered.
