Add "Self Buffs" button to Buff Presets #450

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be nice to have a button in the Buff Presets to select all Consumables, and any "smart" self buffs (i.e. Druid has Mark of the Wild).
Describe the solution you'd like
A button in the Buff Presets to set all Consumables to SimCDefault, and any "smart" self buffs (i.e. Druid has Mark of the Wild).
Describe alternatives you've considered
Manually selecting No Buffs, then going thru and setting everything up feels like it should be automated with a single click.
