Add tests

Each test must generate structs with fundamental and with user-defined aggregate-constructible elements.
Functions to test:

• pod_size.
• pod_element_t
• for_each

Test .cpp files must be generated to ${CMAKE_CURRENT_BINARY_DIR} and use GTest.
Python is advised to be used as a generator tool.
