`OR` filter for multiple conference tags

Let's say I have :

• a conference with tag T1.
• another conference with tag T2.
• a third conference with tags T1 and T2.

Is there a way that I can see the three conferences when choosing tags T1 and T2 ? In other words, an OR filter instead of an AND filter when choosing multiple tags.
