Eclipse Marketplace Install Fails

When attempting to install the software using the Eclipse Marketplace Client, it fails. But using the update site works fine. It has been like this for months.

I honestly have no idea why this happens. There is no exception in the log file. I guess it is a bug in the https://github.com/eclipse-mpc/epp.mpc

I'm using Eclipse 2025-12 and have the very same problem, installation via marketplace logs the following error:

If I proceed anyway with the installation, the following error is shown:
