Ugly scrollbars in Chrome on Linux

Macs have these pretty hidden scrollbars that only show when scrolling... but I'm on Linux using Chrome, and these permanently exhibited scrollbars are ugly as hell...

For sure this is a minor, but I volunteer to make a pull-request if you guys fell this could be accepted.
