insertHTML doesnt render numbered lists with start attribute correctly

I have an HTML text with lists that are numbered /ordered and had a start attribute of 4.
I used the scripter api insertHTML function to render the list.
But the HTML renders the list starting from 1 instead of 4

Is there any method to do this.

Or is there any function that can be used to custom render the Lists where i can make use of the Paragraph effects where i can set the start number.

Currently, the HTML import is rather basic.

Adding a ticket in the official Scribus bug tracker https://bugs.scribus.net (this is just a mirror...), with a sample html attached and a description of what the result should be, might help to get the feature to be implemented...
