Add colon (`:`) to emoji functionality to the Android keyboard app

Description

A novel functionality for Scribe keyboard apps that is being worked on for Scribe-iOS and should also be worked on for Scribe-Android is the colon the emoji autosuggestion functionality. The way that this would work would be:

• The user types colon (:)
• All autocompletions disappear and the most common emojis are shown
• If the user presses space, then the process is broken and we do a normal autosuggestion
• If the user starts typing, then the emojis that match the word being typed are shown the the user
• For phones there would be six emojis shown
• For tablets there would be nine emojis shown
• Clicking an emoji would replace the word being typed and the colon with the given emoji
• The emojis would stay in the display so that the user can press multiple
• Pressing space would break out of the functionality

Hi! I'd love to work on this if it's still available. I've looked through the relevant code and can see that SuggestionHandler and KeyHandler already lay some groundwork. It looks like the main work is wiring up colon detection, suppressing normal autocomplete while in emoji mode, and handling the space key exit. Happy to get started if it can be assigned to me!
