The cloudserver images on hub.docker.com are pretty old (nearly 3 years) are they still supported?

Thanks for the GHCR links. would it be possible to publish a "latest" version or "stable" having to update the image version for every docker pull is quite some work and breaks automation. Or what is the recommended way to always pull the latest stable ?
