rust: decrease the number of dependencies #36
Description
Currently, there are three more exotic crates in use in my solutions (chrono, rayon, and nalgebra), however, they are used very sparingly. Their limited use does not really warrant the huge increase in build time. They should probably be removed and replaced with more special-purpose alternatives.
