@JurassicPork thanks for the suggestion! It is appreciated! stdVBA aims to have no dependencies. As I understand it this uses the separate addin to actually do the timer-mechanics, is that correct? If so, I think we should avoid adding it to stdVBA. We do also have a stdTimer module if you didn't know already :) |

Hello,
in Attachment, a zip with a xlam Addin (xtimer.xlam) and a demo workbook. Click on start Timer to begin the demo . You can see changing timer and incremented value in cells . And if you go to the vba editor window you can see a counter in the execution window. The principe : Use the status bar to communicate between process of xlam and process of the workbook. The code is easy to understand.
