[Feature]: Open link with frozen apps

Problem Statement

Forzen apps can't open links they otherwise would.

Proposed Solution

If I essencials is used to open a link, it should cache the type of links each application uses so it can show them as options even when they're frozen.

If I open a link with essencials and have brave browser frozen, it won't show up:

But after opening brave once to unfreeze it, if I open the link again it shows up:

Alternatives Considered

Essencials is the only app that could make this work I believe, as it also manages the frozen apps. But this might be hard in a technical standpoint.

Ohhh that is a good idea. We can't add the default or app links for such apps dynamically as they need to be declared in the manifest. But since we got the link actions, we might be able to cache them like you said and give option to open with them.

There's no easy way of directly opening the link in the frozen app so I might have to unfreeze in background and then manually open the app with the link if so.
