Stix output

Hi Ryan, 
for the stix output in the info field. 
Can we get a parameter for how many samples are supporting that variant?
I see you have the stix_zero and stix_one, which are often both 0. Then you have the quantiles for alignments. It would just be great if we have some flag that says fond in #samples or something like that.
