Usize conversions removed from nightly

This crate fails to build on the currently nightly (as of April 4, 2018) because TryFrom implementations for usize that are sometimes infallible have been removed.

Thanks for reporting! I assume that you need the 0.2.0-alpha version? I pushed the new version 0.2.0-alpha-012, which should fix this.
