Drop the requests.request_items field, no longer used

• One that ignores the column in the model
• Second one that does the actual migration db column drop

Hi @awwaiid I just checked and there are a few places using request.request_items: https://github.com/search?q=repo%3Arubyforgood%2Fhuman-essentials%20.request_items&type=code

I see we have Item::Request as an alternative. Would it make sense to add a first step to replace request_items with item_requests? Thanks!
