UI: Add community new's and stories count to index #766
Description
View the Resource index for reference. On the community new's index page and stories index page, add filtered record count and total count to the results section. This partial is updated after each query. Remove the count from the index partial that isn't updated via turbo.
Side note: community new's doesn't have the share button like Resource but put the count in the same general area.
