Issue with re-transcoding the audio file

While re-transcoding the audio file the error message is displayed. Below error message is displayed.

The error message was: Unknown failure reason.

Steps to reproduce:

1. activate the transcoder plugin and upload the audio file.
2. Click on re-transcode media

I was not able to replicate the issue.
