Make this template super flexible

I'd love for this template to have a huge amount of flex based on options you choose during configuration. For example:

• requirejs, browserify, or no module system
• stylus, sass, or less
• javascript of coffeescript
• global configuration or not
• jquery or not

etc. all of this can be done in the init.coffee file as a part of sprout.
