Conflict with microsoft/microsoft-graph 1.61

I'm trying to test this middleware with a newer version of microsoft/microsoft-graph, version 1.61.0, but I get the following error messaeg:

rootinc/laravel-azure-middleware[0.9.7, ..., 0.9.10] require microsoft/microsoft-graph ^1.5 -> found microsoft/microsoft-graph[1.5.0, ..., 1.60.0] but it conflicts with your root composer.json require (^1.61.0).
