Several points:

1. Very easy to miss this important note and I think can be called out more clearly.
2. It mentions that the second staking transaction can fail, and how to check. But what's missing, I think, is some info on what might cause the failure and the consequences.
3. First time minipool creation won't know what an 'abnormal time' is to even know if a failure may have occurred.
4. Not enough Eth in the wallet to complete the transaction seems like a common prob that is easily correct, if known. What's also missing is that you only have 14 days to correct this and provide the Eth. Otherwise, you get dropped from prelaunch and have to start all over.
