support live stream of agent thinking chaing while review is in progress to see if its on the right track

It would be nice if I could see what the agent was doing somehow (maybe the stdout of the daemon?) within the TUI (or via some CLI command). This would let me see if the review is somewhat on track (and if it isn't I have the option to kill it to save some tokens).

Yeah, I think a t (for tail) or similar would be useful to peek on what the agent is doing. You should be able to press x to cancel from this view if the agent is off-piste
