Installation failed

Please confirm what is your OS suggestion and
after that let me know the best way to cross these kind of issues for installing your package.

Installing crashed in last 3 versions of Ubuntu OS(14.04 + 16.04 + 18.04)
followed by down-below errors:

Also installation based on CentOS7 collapsed with this error, Although the package noted on this error is installed before at the same exact direction:

Makefile.config:820: No libbabeltrace found, disables 'perf data' CTF format support,

please install libbabeltrace-dev[el]/libbabeltrace-ctf-dev
