I updated my Docker image after previously working on the ongrid value issue in 3.1.1, which had been stable for me.
After updating to the latest version, I noticed major regressions on my HYD-6000-EP.
Affected entities:
sensor.sofar_state
number.sofar_desired_power
Observed behavior on latest:
sensor.sofar_state became unknown
number.sofar_desired_power is no longer functional / not responding
I tested multiple versions and narrowed the regression down to 4.0.2 and later.
I was not able to consistently reproduce the sensor.sofar_state issue afterward, so that one may need more investigation.
The number.sofar_desired_power issue, however, is reproducible. Of course, I switch to passive mode to make it effective, but changing the value still has no effect.
Please let me know what logs, debug output, MQTT topics/payloads, or additional details would be most useful for troubleshooting.
Some logs where I remove the Modbus requests spam and kept (I hope) some interesting data:
