[Regression] Android animations are pixelated

Description

Animations that use blur are visibly pixelated with version 0.2.7 and 0.3.0 on Android. Version 0.2.3 did not have this issue.

Expected behavior

The animation should not be blocky/pixelated.

Between 0.2.3 and 0.2.7, rive-android was updated from 11.1.0 to 11.2.0:
