Copyright clarification

Hello,

I would like to distribute the Plack::Middleware::CSRFBlock module as part of Debian. You (Rintaro) do specify that you are the author. Unfortunately, author might not be the same thing as the copyright holder in some cases.

Could you please clarify that you have the copyright on this code and reflect this in the code, maybe in lib/Plack/Middleware/CSRFBlock.pm?

It has been nearly two weeks since I opened this issue and you didn’t reply. It should only take you 5 minutes to update the file. Are you still maintaining this code?
