Upgrade DuckDB to v1.5

**Issue**
Upgrade DuckDB dependency from v1.4 to v1.5.

**Importance**
Will allow Rill to work with Ducklake catalogs created with v1.5.

**Definition of Done**
Bump DuckDB versions in `go.mod`, `tidy`, fix tests.
