Hey Rilke. Good informative blog post on that subject. I wrote about the same thing and it made me go back and make mine more complete like yours. I like how you added an additional example to illustrate its usefulness.
Specific things you can do to improve is to style the blog page to be more visually appealing and easier to read through (not that it's hard now). Also, I didn't see where your (1) reference specifically is to (perhaps a superscript somewhere?). Also, your previous and next buttons can be updated to link to where they need to go.
