`SelectionList` pops up from the left bottom in horizontal views.

When opening the option list (aka SelectionList), the list pops up from the left bottom of the screen in horizontal views. The normal behavior would be for the list to pop up from the dropdown.

How to reproduce

1. Open the app
2. Rotate the screen for it to be horizontal
3. Click on a dropdown
4. Inspect how the selection list pops up

Not really a bug. Seems like a design choice from ~2 years ago.
