command gatk_coverage_to_bed is missing from CLAMMS installation directory

I am looking at the CLAMMS documentation where it says

However, I could not find gatk_coverage_to_bed program in the $CLAMMS_DIR folder. Here is ls from $CLAMMS_DIR on my machine:
