Hey there,

I spotted a little mistake in the Readme regarding the description of the output files in section 1.3 Annotation of mutations:
First entry under (b). Strelka should be $indiv.strelka_indels.unfiltered.annotated instead of $indiv.mutect.unfiltered.nonsyn.annotated

Did you build a container from the repository here, and could this perhaps reflect a different version? The output I definitely copy pasted from somewhere.

I didn't use your container, so this could be an explanation. It would still be weird if the mutect and strelka unfiltered and annotated output would end up in the same file, as it doesn't in the version we used.
