在设置中打开相应开关后，调试右侧计数变化为上下两行，分别显示v4和v6的请求数量

1 在调试筛选栏添加ipv4和ipv6的选项，然后查看底部计数
2 下侧计数栏计数，分别显示v4和v6的请求数量
