no PR generated after installing renovate on the forked tutorial

after forking the renovate tutorial, the tutorial claims that there should be a PR from renovate. this is not the case:

BUT it did make PR for some but not all repos , where I don't want to have PR from renovate:

same for me. No PR for the forked or a new repo.

What do you see when you log into https://developer.mend.io - is the repo listed?

I did it again, after removing my renovate account, now it somehow worked.
I believe that the screenshots in the tutorial are not exactly up to date and have more options to choose from that shown in the tutorial. That might be the reason , that I might have choosen some wrong options.
