Improve `skipHtml` documentation

Problem

Hey!

Feels like skipHtml has no documentation at all.

I am in an environment where the markdown shown can has dangerous elements.
I want to know if skipHtml will help me to:

1. improve performance
2. avoid showing dangerous elements on the resulting markdown.

Improve the docs. I have no idea what skipHtml actually does

1. It will not improve performance, it would say if it was intended for that. Also see https://github.com/remarkjs/react-markdown?tab=readme-ov-file#appendix-a-html-in-markdown for more examples of what it does.

The answers to your questions are already in the readme, and the readme is already pretty dense with information.
I'm not sure how adding more for people to ignore will help. 🤷‍♂️
