Since enemy actors only really show up in onslaught, feels like this could be a interesting addition, as depending on the map, they could be used as "guards" of high value areas with super weapons, as traps, or places with low activity to incentivise visiting for extra points.
Maybe there's this big empty area, almost out of bounds that you can try to use to your advantage (if you can evade all the shooting that will follow you).
You'd only set this in specific actor entities, makes me think it could help make some spaces more alive and iconic.
