chore: drop dead code, duplicate lockfile, and react-router dup

Delete the unused HorizontalPanWipe component and the duplicate
react-router entry (react-router-dom already pulls it in). Drop
pnpm-lock.yaml — CI uses npm ci, so the second lockfile only invited
drift.
