Rector/Symfony not updated in latest release 2.3.1

Question

rectorphp/rector-symfony#914 has been merged yesterday and Rector fetches dev-main in composer.json but for some reason the latest release 2.3.1 does not contain my changes. Can you explain why?

The release is hit before that PR merged, so you can wait for 2.3.2 :)
