Kitsu sync shown for movies/series

Steps to reproduce

1. Add kitsu account
2. Open any movie/tv show
3. Kitsu is shown as a sync provider

Expected behavior

Kitsu shouldn't be shown in movie/series.

Actual behavior

Currently the kitsu sync feature also shows up for movies/series which it doesn't support. So the tracking always shows 1/xx episode in the sync tab.

You should unsign from all account in cs then sign in simkl account. This will be your first account setup and the problem will be solved.
