Subtitles do not load with some file formats

Steps to reproduce

1. Save the following text in an .srt file

0:00:00.00 --> 0:00:20.00
test

2. Play some media in cloudstream
3. Click on Source, choose "Load from file" under subtitles and select the newly created .srt file. Click on Source again to make sure the file is actually selected.

Expected behavior

Subtitles should be shown.

Actual behavior

No subtitles are shown.

This format is the one used by JWplayer, maybe others? It doesn't work when selecting subtitles from an online source either. The only difference between this and a normal .srt file is the formatting of timestamps:
0:00:00.00 instead of 00:00:00,000
Normal video players like VLC work with either format.
