"Search in Other Extensions" Ignores Individual Search-Toggle Settings #2473

- In the Search tab, disable the search results for one or more extensions.
- Use the "Search in Other Extensions" button
- Observe the results.
Expected behavior
Only extensions that have their search toggle enabled in the Search tab should provide results in "Search in Other Extensions" (Cinestream, Cinetmdb, OHLI24, Stremio Search)
Extensions with search toggled off should be excluded entirely. (AIO, Cinesimkl, StremioX, Ultima Beta)
Actual behavior
Extensions that are individually toggled off in the Search tab still run and show results when using "Search in Other Extensions." (AIO, Cinesimkl, StremioX, Ultima Beta)

This is likely a filtering oversight in the "Search in Other Extensions" function, as it seems to query all installed and enabled extensions without respecting the per-extension search visibility setting.
The main search in the Search tab correctly respects the toggle, making this inconsistency particularly noticeable.
Additionally, when entering a search via "Search in Other Extensions," several features available in the main Search tab are not supported. These missing features include:
- Viewing past search history
- Voice search functionality
- Google autocomplete API suggestions
- The per-extension search enable/disable toggle functionality itself.
