Show types next to extension name

Describe your suggested feature

I find it difficult to distinguish between extension names and their types. Displaying the type next to the extension name would make this much clearer. Additionally, this feature would allow us to add tags like 'live' for NSFW extensions, making it easier to identify what each extension does and tell them apart.

I think it would become chaotic. NSFW content could be handled with an 18+ flag, but for everything else, I don’t think it’s a good idea.
